Cheval Blanc Paris sits inside the Art Deco shell of La Samaritaine on the Quai du Louvre, with every room facing the Seine, a three-Michelin-star dining room and the first Dior Spa in the world. QL House books it as a preferred partner, at the published rate with benefits added.
The hotel opened in 2021 after a decade-long restoration of the Samaritaine department store, and it shows: Peter Marino's interiors, a thirty-metre pool under a glass roof, and rooms that look across the river to the Left Bank and down to Pont Neuf. With seventy-odd rooms and suites it is small for a Paris palace, and the service runs at the pace of a private house.
Plénitude, under Arnaud Donckele, holds three Michelin stars and is one of the hardest tables in the city; Le Tout-Paris on the seventh floor is the easier, longer lunch with the better view. Dior Spa Cheval Blanc takes the whole fifth floor, and Langosteria brings its Milanese seafood room to the rooftop terrace.
